Established in 2017, Mayfair Design District exists to celebrate the very best in collectible art, fashion and design. It is this singular vision that has seen Mayfair Design District become the third-largest cultural district within London Design Festival and the only one to be working internationally with brand partners across 4 continents.
With design galleries, auction houses, retailers, fashion giants, restaurants, hotels, pop-up events, jewellers, cordwainers, gunsmiths, tailors, wine merchants, members clubs, car dealerships, lifestyle businesses and financial services companies all at home here, our mission is to unite this community through the power of culture and creativity.
Meet the Team
JAMES MALCOLM GREEN | CO-Founder
James has worked across the world establishing gallery spaces, exhibitions and delivering ambitious programmes as Gallery Director for Achille Salvagni Atelier and Director of Operations for Carpenters Workshop Gallery. He founded Mayfair Design District in 2017 to position Mayfair as the leading international destination for contemporary and collectible design, art and wider culture and regularly contributes strategic consultancy and thought-leadership to design-led businesses and community-focussed projects whilst being co-founder of Wick & Tallow, a design orientated, high-end bespoke home fragrance business with international blue-chip client base.
ANNE-LAURE PINGREOUN-LASTRO | CO-FOUNDER
A dynamic leader and founder of Alter-Projects, an award-winning multidisciplinary company she established ten years ago. Anne-Laure specialises in the curation and creation of bespoke cultural programmes, and has worked with globally renowned groups such as BMW, LVMH, and Diageo, as well as prestigious estates including Mayfair with Grosvenor and Potsdamer Platz with Brookfield Properties.
With a wealth of experience gained from living in cities such as New York, Shanghai, Paris, London, Sydney and Brussels, Anne-Laure has a deep passion for discovering and immersing herself in different cultures.
