ABOUT THE ARTIST
James Harris is a photographer and artist based in London, working internationally across the worlds of art, design, and architecture. His work has been exhibited at Pace Gallery New York, the Victoria and Albert Museum, the Barbican, Gabrielle Ammann Gallery (Cologne), the Design Museum, and in Seoul with Duson Gallery, hosted by Harper’s Bazaar Art Magazine.
He has collaborated with institutions and practitioners including the Royal Academy of Arts, Domaine de Boisbuchet, Konstantin Grcic, Random International, and Design Miami. His works are held in the permanent collections of the V&A Museum, the Royal Academy of Arts, and numerous private collections worldwide.
Recent highlights include a large-scale photographic artwork in the permanent collection of the Herst headquarters in Seoul and a bronze and ancient oak sculpture currently exhibited at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Hanover Square, Mayfair, London.
